Product appearance, color, particle size, moisture content, packaging, and specifications may vary slightly depending on raw material availability, seasonal variation, and production batches.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. PP Natural reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, packaging, or specification without prior notice.

Enquiries & Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding contract. It is an invitation for us to provide a quotation.

Prices provided through quotations are indicative and subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, raw material costs, currency fluctuation, freight rates, and order quantity. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation remains valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is confirmed only at the time of order confirmation.

Minimum Order Quantity

Orders are subject to minimum order quantities, which vary by product, grade, and packaging format. Applicable minimums will be communicated at the quotation stage.

Samples

Samples may be provided on request, subject to availability. Sample charges and courier costs, where applicable, will be communicated in advance. Samples represent a typical production batch; minor variation between the sample and the final consignment is normal for natural agricultural products and does not constitute a defect.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by PP Natural. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, incorrect information, pricing errors, or any other legitimate business reason. An order is deemed confirmed only upon our written acceptance of a purchase order or signed proforma invoice.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for domestic and international orders will be communicated during the quotation or order confirmation process. Production and shipment may begin only after the agreed payment terms have been fulfilled. All bank charges, remittance fees, and currency conversion costs are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and dispatch orders within the agreed timelines. However, delivery schedules may vary due to production requirements, logistics, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines quoted are estimates and are not of the essence of the contract. PP Natural shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or unforeseen events.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the Incoterms specified in the order confirmation.

Export Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations, customs duties, taxes, permits, labelling requirements, and documentation requirements. PP Natural will provide the necessary export documentation as agreed during the order process. We are not responsible for consignments detained, rejected, or destroyed by the authorities of the destination country due to the buyer’s failure to meet local import requirements.

Quality Claims

Any claim relating to quality, quantity, or condition of goods must be raised in writing within 10 days of receipt of the consignment, supported by photographs, batch details, and, where applicable, an independent laboratory report. Claims raised after this period, or on goods that have been repacked, processed, or blended, cannot be accepted.

Product Usage

Our products are supplied as raw natural ingredients for industrial, commercial, and food manufacturing applications. Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of the products for their intended use and ensuring compliance with applicable local laws and industry regulations.

Private Label & Packaging

Where private label or custom packaging is supplied, the customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all artwork, brand names, claims, and label content provided to us. The customer warrants that such material does not infringe the rights of any third party and indemnifies PP Natural against any claim arising from its use.

Intellectual Property
